General
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.00PM (UK time) on the same day, any order received after that time will be dispatched the next working day. The delivery charge for your order is worked out on the shopping basket page and will depend upon the weight of the items in the basket. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

The final delivery to the customer will be made by the countries national postage service, generally this takes around 8 days. This cost of delivery is again based on the weight of the order and is generated dynamically by the checkout process.
